My passion for thinking through online experiences to improve outcomes for both end-users and businesses grew through years of collaborating on projects with developers and designers. After building my career as a digital marketer in Nashville, I've recently pivoted to enter the world of web development so I can focus on user experience and bringing great ideas to life.

Website & Brand Redesign with Show Hope

I was a key contributor in Show Hope's brand and website redesign process. As the Online Communications Manager, I provided insight and feedback as we created a mobile-friendly site that allowed for more story-telling opportunities. The branding also became brighter to align with the organization's family-friendly values.
2014-2015

Wireframing and Research with Financial Marketing Solutions

I wireframed, prototyped, and provided information architecture and content optimization services for First United Bank and Trust. I also contributed to more than five other website projects, including the award-winning ABA Bank Marketing microsite.
2017

#SeeAllThePeople campaign strategy

I spearheaded the #SeeAllThePeople campaign — a social media engagement campaign supporting a resource book available digitally and at conference events. I created strategy documents and digital assets (including Facebook/Snapchat frames and video captioning for Facebook/YouTube), led social ad buying/retargeting/reporting, and provided staff training.
2018

Wireframing, User Journey Mapping, Front-End Development

I create user personas and journey maps based on user interviews, market research, and assessment of user experience and workflow. That research is then used to develop web experiences that will solve problems and delight users.
